The IT Professional is responsible for identifying IT business goals, objectives, and requirements within the business environment.
This role involves monitoring IT performance, supporting planning and implementation of IT landscapes, and advising management on IT-related issues.
The IT Professional will facilitate IT management processes, communicate with vendors, and manage complex IT installations while ensuring compliance with security guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify IT business goals, objectives, and requirements of the business environment.
- Monitor IT performance and delivery indicators.
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT landscapes.
- Support customization and specification of modules and applications, and facilitate IT management processes.
- Advise management on IT-related issues across the value chain.
- Implement IT programs and procedures, and coordinate relevant unit and integration tests.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to solve local IT problems.
- Drive IT change projects on-site or in the region.
- Support change-release processes and implementation of IT security guidelines.
- Manage complex IT installations and updates, ensuring integration with the communication network.
- Identify IT problems and seek resolutions without impacting end users.
- Perform 2nd-level user help desk activities, coaching, and training for end users.
- Stay updated on IT trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT.
- Deep professional knowledge and experience in one Sub Job Family.
- Solid professional judgment and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Chartered professional qualification or equivalent experience in the field is desirable.
- Previous experience in a project-driven environment.
