Senior Analytic Developer
The Senior Analytic Developer designs, creates, and implements automated data visualizations and data extracts to meet business needs and establish team best practices. Under minimal supervision, this role manages and participates in coding, debugging, testing, configuration, and analysis workstreams that guide the development of analytic solutions. The position also involves guiding other team members on how to improve and test analytic solutions.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
- Power BI Development Experience, with familiarity with DAX
- Health Catalyst experience
- Experience creating Data Marts, Subject Area Marts, Analytic Marts
- Experience with R, Python, Spark SQL, Databricks, PySpark
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly with EHRs such as EPIC
Responsibilities:
Gather functional and technical requirements to create specifications for analytic solutions.Utilize and review data programming, business intelligence development, and data visualization activities to maintain and produce complex analytic solutions.Manage unit testing to ensure analytic solutions meet high standards for user experience.Produce and assist with technical documentation and provide guidance and training for customers.Coordinate and perform the implementation, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of analytic solutions to meet business and customer needs.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 6 years
- Licensure/Certification: Platform-centric certification obtained within 6 months; 12 months allowed if necessary to meet certification requirements.
