Base pay range

$80.00/hr - $95.00/hr

Akkodis is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager for a contract position based in Woodlawn, MD. Ideally, We are looking for expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture, leading multiple development and implementations, providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads.

JOB TITLE: ServiceNow Solutions Architect

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 18 Months Contract

Salary Range: $80 - $95/Hour (Salary may be negotiable based upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors).

Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements and implementations.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e., AI and automation).
• Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, lead development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
• Provide assistance to development teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and 12 years of experience, Master's and 10 years of experience or 18+ in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer
• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
• 5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• 5+ years of experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
• 5+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
• 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
• Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
• Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

Required ServiceNow certification:

• Certified System Administrator (baseline)

ServiceNow CIS certification in multiple areas:

• CIS – Customer Service Management
• CIS – IT Service Management
• CIS – Discovery
• IS – Service Mapping
• CIS – Software Asset Management
• CIS – Hardware Asset Management
