Perform verifications upon oath/affirmation.

Take acknowledgments.

Witness or attest signatures.

Certify/attest copies.

Qualifications/Skills:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public certification and ability to clear a background check.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, composure under pressure, strong communication skills, and honesty.

Job Requirements:

• High-speed Internet connection.
• Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
• Home office setup.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Payment:

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
