Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, start time between 7:00 AM- 4pm or 8:00 AM –5pm

Pay Range: $25-28 per hour

Job Overview:

A client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join the Quality Control department on a contract basis. This role involves supporting data operations related to well inspections and equipment maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of data entry experience, be comfortable working in a hands-on environment, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate data from inspection wells and equipment logs
• Record well and heat numbers
• Upload information into internal databases
• Handle PDF documents efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Office for data management and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong ability to manage and organize PDF files
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
