JOB PURPOSE

This position works between the marketing and manufacturing teams to pull samples for a variety of needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of this position.

Assemble and spec samples from the sales team and customers to review and compare with quality and performance standards

Partner with onsite warehouse to order and ship samples to customers

Maintain status and tracking on current customer specific product development projects

Frequently perform field data and sample gathering

Attend meetings and tradeshows as needed to assist in set-up, show meetings and tear-down

Other duties as needed or designed

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Highschool diploma or GED certificate preferred

Ability to communicate and read labels in English, Bilingual language in Spanish preferred

Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work for self and others in a deadline driven environment

Basic math skills required for pulling and sorting products

Proficient in MS Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Must be able to understand and follow FDA guidelines and company policies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position works in a manufacturing facility and requires standing, bending, climbing or walking 75% of the time

Must frequently twist, bend, and stoop when performing work tasks

Frequently lifting 25 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., may be an assisted lift if needed

TRAVEL REQUIRED

This position may travel between different manufacturing facilities as needed, all located within 30 min of each other and may need to be at more than one facility in the same day

No overnight travel is required
