Job Description
Provide on-call support to respond to emergencies.Document solutions, systems configurations, and operating procedures.Perform IT site surveys, troubleshooting, and provide strategic technical guidance to team members.Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members.Optimize and support network, security, software, and hardware.Support company's software installation/uninstallation (DRM, VPN, WMS, QMS, SAP, etc.).Provide IT training for new hires.IT Budget Planning and IT Payment Processing.Purchase and manage IT assets.Technical Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bi-lingual in Korean language.Intimate knowledge and experience with Windows troubleshooting tools and techniques.Intimate knowledge and experience with MS Outlook and MS Office products.Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP configuration.Experience with network equipment configuration/troubleshooting and security.Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and VMware.IT security governance and compliance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
