Responsibilities include:
Greet service customers professionally and courteously.Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to identify customer needs.Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories.Provide accurate cost and time estimates, and obtain customer approval.Monitor service progress and communicate with customers about any changes.Administer warranty and customer pay repairs per manufacturer guidelines.Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and communicate results.Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year Service Advisor experience (Honda/Acura experience preferred).
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and other pre-employment requirements.
