Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects for public sector clients, with expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise technology implementations. Experience with Case Management Systems is a plus. The role requires working from our Glenview, IL office, with a hybrid work option.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for public sector clients.
• Define project scope, goals, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate resources and ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with government clients, vendors, and teams.
• Track progress and report on milestones and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Lead Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
• Facilitate training and change management for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in public sector IT.
• Certifications like PMP, CSM are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Management is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project.
