As a member of the Supply Chain Team, the Inventory Analyst will be responsible for accuracy and maintaining inventory integrity between Archer Meat Snacks' ERP system, our 3PLs, and our internal production documentation. This will include processing receipts, fulfillments, inventory adjustments, investigating discrepancies, as well as maintaining a close relationship with our internal warehouse team to keep inventory as precise and in real time as possible. This role is based in San Bernardino. This is not a remote role.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory accuracy and visibility between remote warehouses, production sites, and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Record and reconcile month-end inventory across inventory sites. Research and provide data to explain discrepancies.
- Record receipts and transfers to various inventory sites and reconcile any differences.
- Review submitted inventory adjustments for approval and post in ERP
- Ensure that all required paperwork for compliance is archived for receipt, transfers, outbound shipping, or cycle count justifications.
- Process initial credit memos from RMA and other returning finished goods.
- Properly manage and record all item receipts and dispositions.
- Able to manage large amounts of data in Excel.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to adapt to a paced environment, ability to multitask.
- Requires strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strict attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient
- Proficient at identifying trends and what stands out as unusual
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with manipulating large amounts of data
Education And/or Experience
- Minimum 1 year's experience of inventory management, preferably in Food Manufacturing.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school.
- ERP System and NetSuite experience a plus.

- Pay range: $68,640 to $70,000
