The Enterprise ERP - GL Team is looking to add a Quality Assurance analyst to the team! A QA analyst tests and quality assures programs, application modules, and products of increasing complexity created by the Development Department using systematic quality assurance techniques. The QA Analyst provides support for various modules to customers, peers, and management with diagnostic troubleshooting assistance and strives to further organizational and company goals.
Quality Assurance AnalystThis position will initially be responsible for assisting the multiple Cloud teams including Assurance, Hub, Enterprise Forms, Enterprise Service Requests, Spatial, OpenAPI, Workflow, and more.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation, security, product development, and QA to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs. This role will also focus on risk assessment, release management, customer engagement, and communication to ensure transparency and product success.
Responsibilities for this position include design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical products. Ideal candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of software design and development using Microsoft .NET platform technologies. This position requires working in highly collaborative teams that follow Agile practices.
In this position, you will inspect a variety of residential/agricultural properties to ensure that the property record reflects current and accurate property characteristics. Collects detailed and comprehensive property data and verifies accuracy of previously collected data. Records new and/or updated information on field documents and/or mobile field application devices.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about the web and interested in guiding others in building clean web applications. You would also be responsible for understanding the functional requirements of the software, writing test design specifications, manually testing software using multiple test methodologies, participating in the automation of tests, and continuously looking for ways to improve the QA process.
