Infosys is seeking an Application Production Support Engineer for the L2/L3 support team. You will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across various aspects of application support for our client. Your responsibilities include using monitoring tools to perform fault analysis, failure avoidance, diagnosis, and resolution in a distributed environment. You will work closely with the development and engineering teams to provide input on new functionalities, system performance, capacity management, infra upgrades, and platform releases. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, or willing to relocate. Some travel within the US may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education will also be considered.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands-on experience in production support activities for critical business applications.
• Experience with AWS services such as Step Functions, Lambda, REST APIs, Kafka.
• Perform in-depth log analysis to diagnose issues in production systems.
• Support troubleshooting in C++/Java-based applications (via Visual Studio).
• Experience in debugging SQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle database systems.
• Troubleshoot job failures in Control-M.
• Utilize monitoring tools like Grafana, DataDog, Splunk, AppDynamics, CloudWatch.
• Authorized to work in the US.

• Experience in a production support environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment.
• Ability to work on agile projects within a database team.

Note: The role involves extensive travel and requires working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face is essential.
