We are seeking a sharp, aggressive options trader to help us capitalize on market volatility across equities and crypto-linked assets. You'll be actively involved in developing trade ideas, executing positions, and managing risk daily.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of options strategies (calls, puts, spreads, straddles, etc.)
• Ability to research sectors, earnings plays, news catalysts
• Comfort trading both highly liquid and volatile names
• Prior trading experience (even personal accounts)
• Self-motivated and ready to take calculated risks
