Our 4-6 month program is tailored for each individual, providing exposure to all departments. We have dedicated Military Affairs Specialists and mentors to support you throughout. We invest heavily to make this the top SkillBridge program nationwide. Here's a brief overview of roles available:

Departments To Explore

• Revenue: Client-facing sales & marketing roles with high earning potential and leadership opportunities.
• Operations: Project management positions working in high-performing teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program for transitioning service members to lead installation crews.

Compensation & Benefits

In partnership with the DoD, we aim to hire every candidate full-time. Starting salaries range from $50,000 to $80,000, with a sign-on bonus as a thank you during the program. Compensation varies by department, and we look forward to sharing more details in discussions.
