Essential Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ yearsof finish carpentry experience in luxury residential projects
• 6+ yearsof high-end kitchen cabinet installation experience
• Proven track record with bespoke cabinetry and millwork installations
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail

Technical Expertise:

• Expert-level proficiency reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings and elevations
• Mastery of precision installation techniques ensuring perfectly plumb, level, and square results
• Advanced knowledge of cabinet modification and field fabrication
• Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards

Required Tools & Equipment:

• Complete professional tool collection including:
  • Compound miter saw, table saw, track saw
  • Kreg jig, Domino or Lamello joiner
  • Precision measuring and leveling equipment
  • All necessary hand tools and power tools for finish carpentry

Professional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Carpentry license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Professional references from previous luxury projects

Key Responsibilities

Installation Excellence:

• Execute flawless installation of custom cabinetry, built-ins, and millwork per AutoCAD specifications
• Perform precise field modifications while maintaining finish quality
• Complete comprehensive quality control inspections before client walkthrough
• Maintain The Kitchenworks' signature standard of perfection in every detail

Client Interaction:

• Conduct professional client walkthroughs and installations
• Communicate project progress and address client concerns professionally
• Represent The Kitchenworks' brand values during all client interactions

Project Management:

• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines
• Coordinate effectively with design team, project managers, and other trades
• Maintain organized, clean work sites throughout installation process
• Document project progress and completion through photos and reports

What We Offer

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience and skill level. Starting base above $72,000.
• Performance bonusesup to 20% additional compensation (top 80th percentile)
• Independent contractor arrangements available for qualified candidates
