Job Summary

The Provider Network Business Systems Administrator will work to improve efficiencies for businesses by utilizing computer systems. Responsibilities include programming, networking, and managing databases such as Salesforce, Conga Contract Lifecycle Management, Virsys 12, or other provider network administration applications.

This role requires comprehensive knowledge of computer information systems and skills in decision-making within a diverse and competitive business environment. The administrator must have a broad understanding of provider network contracting and credentialing workflows, along with a solid foundation in computer fundamentals, programming, systems analysis and design, networking, database management, project management, and analytics.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues specific to provider network applications, providing training to support teams, and escalating issues when necessary.

Job Duties
  • Support provider network administration software and resolve network problems within the Salesforce environment.
  • Collaborate with Molina IT Salesforce Team to resolve issues reported by the Provider Network User Community.
  • Configure software settings, directories, and storage according to standards and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendor support to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor systems daily, verify processes, and review logs.
  • Ensure system data and file systems are available and perform OS patches, upgrades, and configure services as needed.
Job Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 4-6 years in relevant roles

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Business Information Systems Administration
  • Technical skills and business application development
  • Project management and application analysis
  • Data management and business intelligence
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Database modeling, implementation, and administration
  • System and network configuration and management
  • IT project planning and management

Salesforce Certification

Physical Demands

The work environment is generally favorable with adequate lighting and temperature. Work is primarily performed in an office setting with minimal exposure to hazards. Ability to sit for extended periods is required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
