Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated tests for new business-critical flows.
  • Maintain existing automated tests.
  • Enhance automation framework to meet ongoing demand and incorporate new tools and technology.
  • Establish effective working relationships with internal product development teams.
  • Contribute to the development of your own and your team's technical skills.
  • Collaborate with other product teams, sharing QA automation best practices and testing frameworks to promote standardization across the firm.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Thorough understanding of modern software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
  • Effective communication across multiple workstreams, geographies, and product management.
Preferred:
  • 4+ years of experience in automated testing with Selenium, Python, Java/C#, JavaScript, Angular, REST APIs, jQuery, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
  • Knowledge of BDD, CI/CD, API automation, source control tools like git, TFS, Azure DevOps, JIRA.
  • Experience with test reporting frameworks such as Extent/Allure.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle databases.
  • Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
  • Ability to build and maintain test automation infrastructure.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation reasonably believed to be paid at posting. Actual pay may vary based on education, experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' PTO eligibility depends on legal requirements.
