What To Expect
Tesla Collision is seeking an energetic professional with a proven track record of managing people and processes to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. As the Collision Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and workforce at our OEM owned Collision repair center. This position requires a strong understanding of collision shop business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic environment. You must be a tactical problem solver capable of multi-tasking and leading a team to achieve business goals.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations of the Collision Center in collaboration with the Regional Collision Manager to ensure consistent delivery of excellent results.Manage resource scheduling, work standards, and team performance.Drive continuous improvements to enhance team output and customer service, championing safety, efficiency, and quality.Forecast and surpass site goals through regular audits.Create a culture of accountability, maintaining Tesla's brand integrity and values.Provide coaching, feedback, and lead change initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.What You'll Bring
- 5-8 years of management experience in the collision industry.
- Leadership experience managing diverse teams; vocational certification in collision repair preferred.
- Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, methods, and tools; familiarity with repair estimates and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Compensation
Expected salary range: $114,000 - $171,000 annually, plus stock awards and benefits. Compensation may vary based on experience and location.
