CCaaS Observability Technical Writer (remote)

We are seeking an experienced CCaaS Observability Technical Writer. The candidate will be responsible for creating and documenting playbooks related to monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting for the AWS Connect System. They will collaborate with a team of 5 contact center operational support specialists who will support the CCaaS platform and implement monitoring, alerting, and playbooks.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of IT experience
• 4+ years of technical writing experience
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio/Draw.io

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using MKDocs
• CCaaS industry experience
• Experience using GitHub

Salary and Application Details:

Applications are accepted until 08/15/2025. The annual salary ranges from $112,500 to $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
