Job Title: Site Layout Department: QualityReports to: QA/QC Director Effective Date: 04/01/2025Job SummarySite Layout provides general oversight, inspections, and quality control measures, implemented by Cobalt and the respective customer, for all aspects of a construction project. Site Layout provides the experience and ability to identify and implement a high standard of project execution and completeness of deliverables to represent Cobalt's work in order to meet and/or exceed acceptable industry standards resulting in a quality product for our client(s).Duties/Responsibilities
- Jobsite layout with robotic total station

Education And ExperienceAt least two years' prior surveying skills requiredGPS machine control and layout experienceValid Driver's LicensePhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sittingMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.The Physical Requirements of this position include bending, driving stakes in the ground, hauling equipment, working in outdoor elements, and other tasks.Seniority level
