This role is for someone who can help build this division from the ground up.Your focus will be on proactive property performance reviews, value-driven client conversations, and capturing more resale opportunities from our existing PM client base. You'll start with a 3-month ramp-up draw ($7,000/month) and transition into a performance-based commission structure. This is a remote role; you will work from a home office when not visiting clients/properties, but you must reside in the San Diego, CA area.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead the Good Life Realty sales function from the ground upDeliver proactive cash flow, equity, and appreciation reviews to existing clientsHandle listing appointments and resale consultations with a client-first approachImplement and manage CRM, referral tracking, and sales reporting systemsCollaborate with the Property Management and Leasing teams to integrate sales touchpoints into the client journeyHire and mentor agents as deal volume scalesAttend networking events and engage with the community through various opportunitiesRepresent the Good Life brand professionally, warmly, and with a focus on valueIdeal Candidate ProfileLicensed California Real Estate Salesperson or BrokerComfortable handling 20–30 deals personally while building systems to support 60–100+ annuallyExperience in hiring, mentoring, or managing agents or small brokerage teamsTech-savvy with experience in CRMs, pipeline tracking, and system integrationStrong alignment with Good Life's mission: Life Improved through Opportunity, Enjoyment, and ImpactProven ability to work independentlyCompensation & TermsClassification: Independent Contractor (1099)Ramp-Up: $7,000/month for the first 3 monthsCommission Structure (GL client deals): 60/40Outside Deals: 90/10 split (agent/GL)Bonuses for meeting sales goalsIf you're a Broker or Sales Agent who loves building and wants to be part of something that improves lives, we'd love to meet you.
