Experience: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse maintenance environment.

Education: Associate degree in a technical or related field preferred.

Greene Resources is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Maximize equipment reliability through the implementation and management of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), including regular updates and task management.
• Direct and perform routine and emergency facility maintenance with internal technicians and external contractors.
• Plan and oversee maintenance agreements related to facilities and logistics equipment.
• Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repairs, projects, and operational needs.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Review and assign work orders through the CMMS platform.
• Supervise the MRO stockroom, including inventory control, receiving, and oversight of the Stockroom Clerk.
• Oversee maintenance activities across up to five distribution centers in North America (approximately 10% travel required).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Regular use of hands, arms, legs, and body to push, pull, lift, and move equipment or supplies.
• Exposure to mechanical equipment, heat, and moderate noise levels.
