I'm looking for a babysitter/nanny to come to my home on a recurring basis (ideally 3 times/week) from 12-1:45 p.m. to care for my daughter while I work from my home office. We are hoping to develop a longer-term caregiving relationship with the individual we hire, using them for extended hours when I have work trips, date night babysitting, etc.
