Directs and evaluates the staff and activities for the Security and Parking Garage. Establishes the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the Security and Parking Operations. Oversees orientation and training of security programs. Supervises and evaluates the performance of staff. Job Responsibility Leads a Security group by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area. Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility. Designs, plans, and directs the implementation of strategic plans to improve the overall efficiency of the security and parking functions. Develops and oversees financial management including budget, salary, capital, and revenue projections and secures approvals from the leadership.
