: Job Details :

Plans, develops, implements and maintains manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. The Manufacturing Engineer monitors processes and methods to evaluate material, equipment, and personnel effectiveness in producing quality products at minimum costs. This position also acts as liaison with engineering in releasing new products to the production floor and develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company assets. Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities Interfaces with project engineers on tool design and potential needs for fixtures or methods required to bring the manufacturing process to production Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines Maintains records and reporting systems for measurement and improvement of the manufacturing operation.
