The Firm oversees $151 billion in client assets as of December 31, 2024.PositionThe Head of Bill Concierge at Rockefeller Global Family Office will lead, manage, and oversee the comprehensive bill pay and remittance services for ultra high net worth clients. This critical role ensures that our clients' financial transactions are handled with the utmost precision, efficiency, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management, family office operations, bill pay services, and business process re-engineering.This position requires someone who thrives in providing the highest quality, white glove customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is met with exceptional professionalism and care.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the bill concierge team, ensuring all services meet the highest standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of bill pay services, including business process re-engineering.Oversee the processing of all client bills, including utilities, taxes, and other recurring payments.Oversee and administer all bill pay platforms like BILL, Password Keeper, etc.Ensure timely payments and resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors and service providers.Maintain detailed records of all transactions and provide regular reports to clients and advisors.Collaborate with other departments within the Rockefeller Global Family Office to ensure seamless service delivery.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, wealth management, family office operations, or a similar role.Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficiency in financial software and tools like BILL and QuickBooks Online.Experience in business process re-engineering and efficiency improvements.SkillsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionAbility to multitask and work with multiple deadlines, flexibility to handle several projects, often under pressureHighly organized, motivated, willing to learn and work efficiently to make improvements.Compensation RangeThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $160,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
