- 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am

Job Responsibilities
Assembly Operators will have the following responsibilities and skills:
- Maintain a safe and clean factory & warehouse environment while complying with safety and environmental policies
- Make adjustments to parts as needed
- Inspect and pack parts, ensuring quantity and quality meets standard manufacturing requirements
- Perform job at required rate
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to twist, bend, and reach
- Grasp and pinch material
- Basic math and ability to read and understand instructions
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn client computer systems
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work within deadlines
- High attention to detail and organized in approach
- Ability to work overtime, when required
- Ability to manually assemble parts by utilizing hand tools and power tools
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus
- Ability to work positions changing from standing to bending and lifting up to 30 lbs. of parts and boxes
- Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish team goals
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma Or GED
- Background Check
- Able To Lift 30 Pounds
- Drug Test
- Must Be At Least 18 Years Old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
