Cook Position At Golden Corral

Golden Corral of Johnson City is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Cook is responsible for the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products. The Cook pays special attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding, and serving.
• Cooking fried chicken, sea food, and other items in a deep fryer.
• Ensuring freshness and product rotation on the buffet.
• Filtering fry oil as needed to ensure quality.
• Cooking other items as needed using a flat grill, stove, oven, and pizza oven.
• Cleaning the work area and assisting the rest of the kitchen team as needed.
• Must enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant experience as a Cook preferred but not required.
