Position Summary Join our PrimeKey team as a Cleaner based in . You'll work with a local crew to turn vacant apartments, handle inspections, manage keys, and tackle various tasks to ensure units are ready to rent. This full-time, entry-level role provides hands-on training, materials and supplies, and a clear career path toward Property Manager. Key Responsibilities •Apartment Turnovers: sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect surfaces, and restock supplies •Unit Inspections: assess cleanliness, report damages or maintenance needs •Key Management: locate, label, distribute and collect unit keys; complete move-in/move-out checklists •Additional Tasks: assist with marketing photos, notice delivery, light maintenance, and other duties as needed to fill your schedule Qualifications •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation •Comfortable navigating on your own •Physically able to lift 30+ lbs and stand/bend for extended periods •Detail-oriented, punctual, and a true team player •Entry-level welcome; training provided •Ambitious mindset with desire to advance into a Property Manager role Compensation & Benefits •$20.00/hour •All cleaning materials and supplies provided •$300/month auto allowance + gas reimbursement for work-related travel •Company vehicle planned within 6-9 months •Clear promotion track with mentorship toward Property Manager •Collaborative, flexible work environment Compensation: $20.00 per hour About Property Management Inc Founded in 2008, Property Management Inc. is a rapidly growing franchise that provides expert property management services to the four pillars of property management: residential, commercial, association and short term rentals.
