Title: Customer Success Manager Location: Remote (Eastern U.S. Region Preferred) Description: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to help clients maximize their success with digital marketing solutions. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, optimize their marketing campaigns for engagement and performance, and ensure they achieve their strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer relationship management, digital marketing strategies, and performance optimization to drive client satisfaction and growth. Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Proven experience managing a large portfolio of client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and strategic reviews.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and educating clients on best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Background in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Experience working with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with client retention strategies and growth initiatives.
