Associate Architect needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to Provide functional, technical and complex problem solving skills with knowledge of supply chain concepts, processes and solutions. Utilize exposure and experience implementing advanced planning systems and tools. Provide solution to delivery and optimize client supply chains. Provide solution delivery through a variety of activities including business requirements analysis, process improvement, solution design, solution configuration, system testing and user training. Participate in requirement and design sessions with the customer; analyzing areas of improvement, collecting and analyzing data, working with onshore and offshore teams to drive the solution configuration, creation of test-cases, and leading system/user acceptance testing. Collaborate with the education services team to help develop training materials. Mentor junior team members on the client implementation. Analyze day-in-the life, solution design, configuration, data review, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business processes. Provide data requirement specification to meet the business requirements. Support solution architecture and functional design specification documentation. Demonstrate the configuration to the client teams through the agile methodology. Work with internal research and development teams to document solution enhancements. Support test-case creation and execution through the various test stages. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning and execution of project. Plan, develop and deliver super user training. Implement supply chain planning solutions and work in the supply chain/ logistics domain with a focus on planning. Provide solution delivery through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, SQL and deployment. Utilize agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations. Work on supply chain solutions in one or more areas including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and scheduling. Work on spreadsheets and software including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, document processing Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and presentation Microsoft PowerPoint. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Operations Research, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered, or 2 Years of experience in a related occupation implementing supply chain planning solutions and working in the supply chain/ logistics domain with a focus on planning; providing solution delivery through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, SQL and deployment; utilizing agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations; working on supply chain solutions in one or more areas including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and scheduling; working on spreadsheets and software including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, document processing Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and presentation Microsoft PowerPoint Apply at by selecting Explore all jobs , entering the requisition number JR102016 selecting Search , opening the requisition, and clicking Apply .
