Follow all Arch Amenities Group company and facility policies. Follow all Virginia state licensing standards. Produce staff schedules. Creating weekly schedules for students and families. Assist Director in supplies for the program as needed. Assist Director in managing the annual budget of the program and other financial management duties. Assists in filing and record-keeping in accordance with state standards. Directly oversees the nursery operations. Implements activities with staff and children. Produces activities that are developmentally appropriate to the ages attending. Work special events the facility holds. Attends staff trainings. Coordinate and submit work assignments in a timely and productive manner to Director. Attend continuing education training to maintain employment. Maintains confidentiality of program participants. Qualifications: Must have High School Diploma or GED, college credits or degree preferred. Must have previous experience working with children.
