Include:\n\n\n\t. Analyze billing, collect payments, and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.\n\t. Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern\n\t. Answer general underwriting questions\n\t. Efficiently direct calls and/or locate answers to procedures\n\t. Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents\n\n\n. Hours: Training will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Once training is complete, hours may be adjusted.\n.
