Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred or high school diploma with relevant experience required 2 years of experience in a service desk or support center environment. Proven ability to problem solve in both technical and operational situations; eager to identify solutions. Experience working with Windows and Mac. Understanding of Active Directory, Storage, Systems, Networking, Office 365, and SharePoint a plus.
