Quality Assurance and Documentation Participate in quality assurance activities. Complete same-day clinical documentation. Provide clinical information for service authorization. Document all patient-related work. Maintain daily productivity records. Patient Assessment and Treatment Conduct supervised patient assessments. Implement and adapt treatment models. Provide individual and group therapy. Engage families in treatment processes. Educate patients on recovery. Update treatment plans based on patient needs. Case Review and Team Collaboration Review cases with supervisors and clinical personnel. Discuss additional service needs with the clinical team. Refer patients to appropriate care levels and community services. Participate in treatment team meetings to update plans and monitor progress.
