We are currently in search of a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Communications Manager to join Bakersfield Memorial as part of the broader Bakersfield team. This role will be reporting to the Market Director and will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing and communication strategies within the market. The Communications Manager provides leadership and support for marketing and communications efforts in support of clinics, facilities and services within the Bakersfield Market. The role works in coordination and under the direction and alignment with the region and system marketing & communications leadership teams respectively. Qualifications. Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
