Instructional Assistant
: Job Details :

Prepare testing materials and set up equipment in the lab. Identify and report maintenance issues; clean and store materials post-testing. Track student usage of learning resources and generate related reports. Provide training and support for system software and end users. Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software; troubleshoot technical issues. Guide students in using instructional technology and software applications. Assist students with test submissions and provide direction during assessments. Support the selection and use of instructional materials and answer related inquiries. Administer assessments and other standardized tests. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and instructional resources. Responsibilities may vary depending on the academic discipline of the lab. Communicate clearly and effectively with students, faculty, and stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned.
