As a Senior Engineer Generation, youll lead complex engineering efforts focused on optimizing boiler performance, AQCS systems, and emissions control technologies. This role involves executing small to medium projects, supporting advanced diagnostics such as combustion tuning and pattern recognition, and tracking monthly plant performance. Youll work with modernized equipment and contribute to a clean energy future through technologies like CO2 battery integration and emission scrubbing. With a strong mechanical background, youll also provide guidance to less experienced personnel and ensure compliance with EIA, MATS and NERC. Experience in a power generation operations/maintenance environment is highly desirable; however, candidates with equivalent knowledge from a heavy industrial or process background will be considered.
