Drive execution of analytics initiatives that align with long-term strategic goals, prioritizing work that improves operational efficiency, supports enterprise AI efforts, delivers measurable business outcomes, and promotes adoption through change management, advocacy, and ongoing value demonstration across the organization. Build and lead a high-performing team. Recruit, coach, and develop team members. Develop and oversee the budget for analytics initiatives. Manage resources and vendor contracts. Own the technology roadmap for business intelligence and analytics, guiding Dot's transition to a modern cloud-based analytics stack (including tools like Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, and Thought. Spot). Ensure the architecture supports both current business needs and future AI integration.
