In the role of College Co- Op - I. E., student will aid plant industrial engineers with basic I. E. functions such as plant layouts, job instruction updates, and lean manufacturing implementation. Job Description. Create / modify operator Job Instructions in MS Word documents. Work with operators and engineers to document operations. Assist with OEE data collection. Helps to identify loss areas and opportunities for improvement. Conduct time studies, and cycle time checks. Conduct delay studies to loss areas and opportunities for improvement. All other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Education. Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with a graduation date of May 2026 or later. Must be enrolled in an accredited University full-time. Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week year-round. Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
