Your leadership, experience in health care administration or health care management, and clinical insight will help guide a team that truly makes a difference in the lives of those we serve—creating a welcoming and supportive environment our residents and families can trust.This is a key leadership role in our Health Services team, offering an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while supporting both residents and fellow team members.The ideal candidate will: • Have a minimum of two years of experience in licensed care, preferably in health care administration or health care management • Have earned a bachelor's degree, preferably in a related filed such as health care administration • Possess prior hands-on experience as a caregiver and med tech • Be a confident communicator and capable team leader • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in caring for older adults • Be organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills • Understand the importance of resident-centered care and effective service planning • Be comfortable leading care plan meetings and coordinating communication with physicians, families, and other care providers • Have a Med Aide card and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification • Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed • Be prepared to provide direct care during times of outbreak or high need (e.g., flu season, pandemics)Position highlights: • Serve as the primary contact for residents and families regarding care planning • Monitor resident needs and communicate observations to the Health Services Director • Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding caregiving staff • Participate in staff scheduling and help ensure coverage across all shifts • Complete service plan reviews, care documentation, and quality assurance audits • Support a team approach to resident care in partnership with other departments • Help foster a positive, supportive environment for both residents and team members • Apply principles of health care management in daily operations and team leadershipBenefits:Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
