I. Position Purpose:The position and purposes of this program is to make improvements to Hocking College's facilities, along with bettering these student's education through practical application of the building trades.II. Duties and Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to assisting with: framing with metal or wooden studs, hanging drywall, finishing drywall, hanging acoustical ceilings, running trim, building forms, pouring concrete, and performing demo.III. Qualifications - Education, Experience, and Skills:Prefer Student that is enrolled in Carpentry Mgt program or has prior carpentry experience.Maintain full time student status (12 credit hours) and a 2.0 GPA minimum.Reasonable accommodations may be requested and reviewed according to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
