- Maintain, repair, and modify existing dies to ensure consistent and accurate production.
- Install rubber on rotary and flat cutting dies according to work order instructions.
- Document work performed and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Run proofs of both rotary and flat cutting dies with appropriate material after die is rubbered.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Select the appropriate rubber type, height, and placement based on the work order.
Qualifications:
- Able to use hand tools and power tools
- Able to read and understand order details
- Basic computer skills
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
