Responsibilities:
- Understand and achieve sales and profit goals using key tools and resources.
- Support store initiatives and participate in team training to meet business results.
- Engage creatively to connect with clients and expand the customer base.
- Represent customer experience standards in-store, delivering consistent service aligned with RL brand expectations.
- Participate in store client initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Uphold RL core values and embrace new shopping technologies and methods.
- Support a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
- Network and source talent actively.
- Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities.
- Enhance customer connectivity through alternative purchase paths like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
- Broaden product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
- Maintain high productivity and store standards at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Report category opportunities or needs to management.
Compensation:
Hourly salary ranges from $16.50 to $21.13.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or high-profile environments.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to maneuver around the store, operate chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
- Proven success in building positive relationships and managing priorities effectively.
