We're looking for a hands-on Sr. IT Infrastructure Technician to lead hardware, network, and infrastructure projects across our offices. You'll manage complex setups, guide tech upgrades, and be the go-to expert for escalated issues. Responsibilities include:
- Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Take ownership of network device setups, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Plan and lead infrastructure projects in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage procurement of equipment and ensure timely fulfillment for upgrades and deployments.
- Supervise or perform structured cabling installations for network and telecommunication systems.
- Work across teams to ensure technology infrastructure supports organizational needs with minimal downtime.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, networking, or infrastructure roles. and High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates Degree in computer science, Information Technology preferred.
- Must have project management experience.
- Willingness to travel to office locations and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver'slicense and ability to lift and set up equipment.
Total Rewards Package: Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience, education, and work location.
