This is a unique opportunity to join a winning team early and make a tangible impact on the company's next phase of scale.What You Will DoOwn the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - with a focus on acquiring new customers.Refine and optimize sales processes to improve conversion and scale customer acquisition.Work directly with leadership to shape sales strategy and accelerate deal momentum.Deliver compelling product demos and communicate the platform's value clearly to decision-makers.Partner cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align on customer needs and feature roadmaps.Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring deal hygiene and visibility.Stay ahead of trends in AI, automation, and tech buying behavior to inform selling strategy.Play a key role in shaping the early sales culture and mentoring future team members.Ideal Candidate Background2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI-related sales roles.Proven success closing 6-figure ACVs.A track record of overachieving quota (100%+ attainment).Experience in outbound-heavy sales roles (80/20 outbound/inbound).Background as an early sales hire or founding GTM member at a startup is highly valued.Previous exposure to fast-paced environments like consulting, banking, or competitive athletics is a plus.Medical or pharmaceutical sales experience is also a welcomed background.PreferredExperience with high-growth SaaS startups or companies in AI/ML, automation, or healthcare tech.Bachelor's degree from a competitive academic institution.Familiarity with startup sales cycles, discovery frameworks, and value-based selling.Must HavesStrong outbound sales skills and comfort navigating complex deals.High level of organization, urgency, and ownership of the sales process.Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Ability to break down technical products and communicate value clearly to customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with product and marketing teams.Passion for innovation, early-stage growth, and delivering value to customers.Ability and willingness to work in-person in San Francisco, five days per week.Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $100KOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $200K-$250KCompetitive equity packageVisa sponsorship and transfers availableFull-time, in-person role in San FranciscoRapid career growth and development opportunityDirect mentorship from founders and experienced sales leadersOpportunity to help build a foundational sales team from the ground up
