Patient Services Representative responsibilities include coordinating services for patients receiving care from their provider, managing all aspects of their patients' medical records, and providing support functions for the assigned provider. Mostly Monday-Friday daytime hours, with possible evening and weekend involvement.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in a customer service setting. Mandatory Reporter training certificate is a plus; certification is required as an employee.
