OPPORTUNITY: LEASING CONSULTANT - PLAYA VISTA, CA

DAYS REQUIRED: SUNDAY - THURSDAY

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional for our beautiful 405-unit community, The Ventana Apartments! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry!

Duties include but aren't limited to:

Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Inputs information into computer.

Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss size, layout, facilities, location, and lease terms.

Qualify prospective residents, verify applications and lease documents, and update records.

Complete lease forms, collect deposits, and application fees.

Introduce residents to apartment/property procedures.

Promote positive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED, or related experience/training.
• Effective communication skills with employees, managers, clients, and the public.
• Teamwork and listening skills.
• Availability to work weekends.

Salary range: $18.00-$21.00/hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours/week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Sick time is provided as per law.
