As a Leasing Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, playing a key role in driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall community success. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents; conduct property tours and present leasing options
- Manage the full leasing process including application intake, documentation, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate traffic logs and generate weekly leasing reports
- Assist with marketing efforts, social media promotions, and community outreach
- Support resident retention initiatives and organize community engagement activities
- Coordinate unit readiness and perform light cleaning prior to move-ins
- Maintain organized resident files and assist with general administrative duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold property policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales (leasing experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Availability to work every other Saturday and extended Thursday evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (NALP certification a plus)
