Explore our open positions to find a career that's the right fit for you.Responsibilities:Provide therapeutic group activities with a focus on wellness and recoveryProvide advocacy and case management services on behalf of consumersProvide individual/family counselingProvide liaison service from consumers to doctorsMaintain records to include progress notes, Individual Recovery Plans, discharge and transfer summaries and all other records required by Agency policiesAssist in the management of consumer financesActive member of interdisciplinary teamAssist with transitioning consumers from state and local community hospitalsRepresentative in agency committee'sProvide advocacy and case management services on behalf of consumers for the on-site and off-site homes;Schedule and/or escort (as needed) to doctor's appointmentsMaintain records to include progress notes, Treatment Plans, discharge and transfer summaries, and all other records required by Agency policies and licensing standardsBe available to consumers and staff on a 24-hour basis during emergencies and flexibility to be pulled to any group homeBenefits:Competitive base salaryMedical and dental insuranceVision planRetirement planFlexible spending plansEXCELLENT time benefits for qualified positions!Opportunity for personal and career growth, including supervision towards professional licensure for eligible candidatesTeam-oriented environment - we practice the FISH! PhilosophyQualifications:Bachelor's (BA, BS) degree from an accredited college in a mental health related discipline OR;Associate's degree plus two (2) years' experience in the human service field;All positions require a valid driver's license.All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
